How It Works
Getting started is quick and easy—just follow these five simple steps!
Sign Up for Services
Click on our Free Quote button and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions you can give our friendly staff a call, text our team, or use our online chat tool.
Schedule Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up for services a Scoop Squad representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
Setup Customer Portal
Once your Customer Portal is complete, you'll have full access to your account. Scheduling, payment options, and invoices will be right at your fingertips.
Attach Payment Method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card.Once auto pay is setup Scoop Squad will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.
